Ingredients

Explanation

Rou Gui: Reinforcing fire and strengthening yang, dispelling cold and alleviating pain.

Wu She, Chuan Wu and Cao Wu: Dispelling wind-damp, warming meridians to alleviate pain.

Mu Bie Zi: Resloving swelling, expelling toxin and dissipating nodulation.

Ba Ji Tian and Tiger Bone: Expelling wind and dredging meridians, strengthening the tendons and bones.

Xu Duan: Tonifying the liver and kidney, strengthening tendons and bones, promoting blood
circulation.

Du Huo and Qiang Huo: Expelling wind-dampness throughout the body and the joints so as to treat arthralgia.

Wu Ling Zhi: Activating blood and dissipating blood stasis.

Bi Xie: Inducing diuresis and removing dampness.

Ma Huang: Relieving exterior syndrome, dispersing cold pathogen.

Yi Yi Ren: Removing dampness and subduing swelling.

Nan Xing and Quan Xie: Extinguishing wind to stop spasm, dissipating nodulation.

Jiang Can and Tian Ma: Extinguishing wind to relieve spasm, dispelling wind.

Fang Feng: Dispersing wind pathogen to relieve exterior syndrome.

Xi Xin: Dispelling cold to relieve pain.

Bai Fu Zi: Dispelling phlegm, relieving spasms, removing toxicity and dissipating nodulation.

Ru Xiang and Mo Yao: Activating blood to alleviate pain, resolving swelling and promoting tissue regeneration.

Qin Jiao: Expelling wind-dampness to relax the tendons.

Du Zhong and Niu Xi: Expelling wind-dampness and reinforcing the liver and kidney.

Dang Gui and Chuan Xiong: Nourishing blood and promoting its circulation.

Zi Ran Tong: Dissolving stasis to alleviate pain, reunioning bones and curing trauma.

She Xiang: Inducing resuscitation and refreshing mind, activating blood and alleviating pain.

Ji Li: Pacifying liver and soothing the liver, dispelling wind and improving vision.

Bu Gu Zhi: Warming the kidney and tonifying yang, securing essence and reducing urination, and warming the spleen to check diarrhea, relieving dyspnea.

Cang Zhu: Drying dampness and invigorating spleen, dispelling wind-dampness.
