- Gan Cao 6 g,
- Mo Yao 6 g,
- Dang Gui 9 g,
- Ling Zhi 6 g,
- Xiang Fu 3 g,
- Niu Xi 9 g,
- Di Long 6 g.
Explanation
Qin Jiao and Qiang Huo: Expelling wind and eliminating dampness.
Tao Ren, Hong Hua, Dang Gui and Chuan Xiong: Activating blood and eliminating blood stasis.
Mo Yao, Wu Ling Zhi, Xiang Fu: promoting the circulation of qi and blood, alleviating pain.
Niu Xi and Di Long: Unblocking collateral.
Gan Cao: Tempering the actions of all the ingredients.

Effect
Activate blood and eliminate stasis, expel wind and eliminate dampness, treat rheumatic arthritis and alleviate pain.
Indications
Lumbocrural pain, brachialgia, shoulder pain, ache all over, rheumatic arthritis with blood stasis.
Administrations
Decoct in water for oral dose to be taken twice.
