BL4

Qucha(BL4,曲差) is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Taiyang Bladder Meridian of Foot.

Location

On the head, 0.5 cun directly above and l.5 cun lateral to the midpoint of the anterior hairline, just at the junction of the internal l/3 and medial l/3 of the distance from Shenting(GV24) to Touwei(ST8).

Indication

• ①Headache, dizziness;
• ②nasal obstruction, epistaxis.

Method

Puncture subcutaneously 0.3-0.5 inch. Moxibustion is applicable.
