Ingredients

• Sheng Di
• Dan Pi
• Bai Shao
• Xuan Shen
• Huang Bo
• Nv Zhen Zi
• Han Lian Cao

Explanation

Huang Bo and Dan Pi: Clearing heat and cooling blood.

Sheng Di, Xuan Shen and Han Lian Cao: Nourishing yin, cooling blood to stop bleeding.

Nv Zhen Zi: Nourishing the kidney-yin.

Bai Shao: Astringing liver-yin. Effect Nourish yin and clear heat, cool blood and regulate menstruation.
