慢性胆囊炎的食疗
Chronic cholecystitis is one kind of disease that due to acute exacerbation of chronic inflammation and repeated long-term attack, making cystic fibrosis atrophy or hypertrophy, gallbladder shrinking, loss of function. It is closely related to bacterial infections, parasitic infections, the change of bile composition and cholesterol metabolism disorders, of which about 70% are caused by gallbladder stones.
Food therapies principles:

1 cholecystalgia: Avoid ffood intake and change into intravenous nutrition.

2 After the attack been relieved, one can eat bland diet or low-fat, low cholesterol, high carbohydrate diets. Protein intake should be appropriate, excessive intake can stimulate the secretion of bile, intake too little is not conducive to tissue repair.

3 Avoid greasy food during attack stage. In stable stage, one can eat some meat diet.

4 Intake abundant vitamins, especially vitamin A, vitamin C and B and E.
5 Proper dietary fiber may stimulate peristalsis of intestines, prevent cholecystitis.
6 Daily drinking can help bile dilution: intake volume 1500~2000ml.

1 Jin qian cao porridge:jin qian cao 60 grams (dry goods, 30 grams), rice 50 grams, 15 grams of crystal sugar. Clean jin qian cao and boil for juice, clean rice and pour in the decoction, add water and make porridge, mix crystal sugar and apply at will.

2 Yi mi mung bean porridge:50 grams of yi mi, mung beans 20 grams. Mint 5 grams. Proper sugar. Boil mint and take juice, boil mung beans and yi mi later, add in the juice when the porridge is ready, add sugar for flavor.

3 Radish ji nei jin porridge: 50 grams of radish, ji nei jin 10 grams, 20 grams of fo shou, ginger 5g, 100 grams of rice. First, chop radish and fo shou into pieces and make porridge with rice, smash ji nei jin and ginger and mix into the porridge, cook for one or two round.

4 Bian dou lian rou porridge: white bian dou 30 grams, 20 grams of lian rou, yi yi ren 40 grams, 50 grams of rice, red dates 10g, 10 grams of chen pi. Boil the above six flavors into porridge, apply at will.

5 Cabbage: boil the cabbage for meal, intake frequently.

6 Wu mei: wu mei 500 grams, soak in 1000ml of vinegar for 24 hours. Drink 10~20ml vinegar each time for 3 times a day.
A. Pent-up liver qi symptoms:
clinical manifestations:
Right upper abdomen, or upper part of body pain;along with shoulder and back, anger will induce severer pain. Paroxysmal swelling, nausea, loss of appetite, chest and hypochondrium fullness, hiccup, light color tongue, white tongue coating, string and weak pulse.
Food therapies Principles:
Dispersing stagnated liver Qi, and regulating qi to alleviate pain.
Prescription for foods

1.Red bean chen pi carp soup:one tail of carp (1000 grams), red bean 120 grams, chen pi 6 grams. Removing scales, gills and organs of carp, clean well, suff the fish with red bean and chen pi, put into the pot, add right amount of water, boil well and switch to stew until it’s ready.

2.Green onion cooked with you pi: you pi one piece, 3 onions, proper peanut oil, little salt. Peel you pi, soak in water to reduce bitterness, cut into small pieces, boil well and add in onion, oil, salt and seasoning. Apply 2 times a day.

3.Fo shou porridge: fo shou 30 grams (dry goods) boil and collect juice, cook porridge with 100 g rice. Add brown sugar and apply two times a day.

4.Rose tea: rose petals 6~10 grams, pour with boiling water.

5.Qin cai gen rice porridge:120 g qin cai gen, rice 150 grams. Wash and cut qin cai gen into pieces, cook porridge with rice. Apply on warm meal for 2 times a day.
B. Blood stasis and meridians
clinical manifestations:
Right upper abdomen or epigastric pain, fixed position, stabbing opthalmalgia, more severe when the climate changes, mood changes can be also induce the illness. Dark tongue or with ecchymosis. Sublingual vein engorgement stasis; thin and taut pulse.

Dispersing stagnated liver qi for promoting bile flow, removing blood stasis and relieving pain.

1 Dan shen yu jin mi: 150 grams of dan shen, yu jin 125 grams. Yin chen 50 grams, rice wine 20 grams, 500 grams of honey. Boil the three ingredients, add rice wine, stew for one hour, take the decoction, boil another round, add honey, stir evenly, and steam for 2 hours. Apply 2 times a day, each time of 10~20 grams for 3 months as a course of treatment.

2 He huan hua mushroom steamed with pork liver: 180 grams of fresh liver, mushrooms 20 grams, 20 grams of he huan hua. Proper soy sauce, salt, sugar, rice wine, onion, ginger, broth and wet corn starch. Slice liver slices and mushrooms, clean the flour. Mix the three in the bowl, add soy sauce, salt, sugar, rice wine, onion, ginger, broth and wet corn starch, mix well. Steam for 15 minutes. Apply as meal at will.
C.Damp heat stagnant symptoms:
Clinical manifestations:
Right upper abdominal fullness and pain, nausea and vomiting, burnout limbs, difficulty in defecation, fever, loss of appetite, anorexia, yellow urine, red tongue with yellow greasy coating, taut or rapid pulse.

1 Jin yin hua jin qian cao stewed with pork:jin qian cao 80 grams (200 grams of fresh goods), jin yin hua 60 grams (150 grams of fresh products), 1000 grams of pork. Right amount of yellow rice wine.Wrap two kinds of flowers into cloth pocket, along with pig into boiling water, add 2 spoons of rice wine, boil for 2 hours, squeeze the pocket and eat as meal. Apply one bowl one day for three times a day within three days.

2 Yu mi xu egg soup:yu mi xu 30g, 2 eggs, proper salt, MSG. Clean yu mi xu and boil for half an hour. Collect the boiling decoction and add in egg mixture, add salt, MSG.

3 Corbicula Yin Chen soup:Corbicula 100~150 grams, 30 grams of yin chen. Clean and simmer the two, remove the slag. Apply at meal.

4 Dong gua soup: 60~150 grams, add water and make suop, apply 3~4 times a day.

5 Potato juice: squeeze fresh potato. Apply 2 spoons before meals for continuous half a month to 20 days.

6 Tian luo drink: fresh tian luo 100 grams, remove mud, clean well. Simmer for 15 minutes. Drink the soup and eat the meat.
D. Liver yin deficiency
Clinical manifestation
Right upper abdomen and epigastric pain, a burning sensation, dry mouth and throat, irritability, heat in chest, dizzy, fever in the afternoon, red tongue, less tongue coating, weak pulse.

1 Ji nei jin wu ji radish soup:one wu ji, ji nei jin 30 grams, 250 grams of white radish. Clean wu ji internal organs, stuff in ji nei jin and white radish, add water and boil well. Eat few each time but more meals total.

2 Yu mi xu stewed with bang rou:yu mi xu 30 grams, 200 grams of bang rou. Put together into the pot, add water, simmer well.

3 Qin cai red dates soup:500 grams qin cai, 100 grams of red dates. Boil with water, apply 5 times in 1 day.
