Explanation
Tu Si Zi, Lu Jiao Shuang and Du Zhong: Tonifying the kidney, strengthening the waist and knee, replenishing essence.
Ren Shen, Bai Zhu, Fu Ling and Zhi Gan Cao: Tonifying qi.
Hua Jiao: Warming middle energizer.
