Sweet, neutral; lung, stomach and kidney meridians entered.
Actions
Nourish yin and moisten dryness, replenish qi and tonify the stomach and spleen.
Indications
Regurgitation, chronic dysentery, chronic malaria, hematemesis, cough with phlegm and asthma, dysphagia, tuberculosis, asthenic disease.
Dosage and Administrations
Decoct 5~10 g, or made into paste. It should be wrapped with silk.
Cautions
It is contraindicated for deficiency-cold in lung and stomach, exterior pathogen and damp phlegm.
