Property

Salty, slightly bitter, cool; liver, lung and large intestine meridians entered.

Actions

Clear heat and remove toxicity, relieve convulsion and stop bleeding.

Indications

Nose bleeding, bleeding caused by incised wound, tonsillitis, sphagitis, dental ulcer, gingivitis.

Dosage and Administrations

3~5 of them is pounded for oral taking. Proper dosage is for external application, pounded into juice for applying, or pounded into powder for puffing through the throat.
