Ingredients
- Ren Shen 30 g,
- Huang Qi 30 g,
- Dang Gui 60 g,
- Mai Dong 15 g,
- Mu Tong 0.9 g,
- Jie Geng 0.9 g,
- 2 Pig’s feet.
Explanation
Pig’s feet: Tonifying qi and blood, promoting lactation.
Mu Tong: Clearing heart-fire and promoting the milk-secretion.
Dang Gui: Nnourishing blood and activating the flow of it.
Mai Dong: Nourishing yin of stomach, lung and heart, clearing heat of stomach, lung and heart.
Ren Shen: Tonifying qi.
Jie Geng: Ventilating the lung, dispelling phlegm, relieving sore throat.
The Effect of Tong Ru Dan
Effect
Tonify qi and blood, promote lactation.
Indications
Qi and blood deficiency after delivery, hypogalactia.
Administrations
Decoct in water for oral dose to be taken twice.
