- ①redness with swelling and pain in the eyes, twitching of the eyelids, glaucoma;
- ②deviation of the eye and mouth, facial spasms, trigeminal neuralgia, and other facial diseases;
Perpendicular insertion 0.3-0.5 cun. Deep insertion are inadvisable to avoid injuring eyeball, and it is also in advisable to manipulate the needle with large amplitudes.
