Property

Bitter, cool.

Actions

Activate blood and promote tissue regernation, stop bleeding and remove toxicity.

Indications

Scalds, snake bites, infantile convulsion, hematemesis, pleurisy, herpes zoster, bruise, strain of lumbar muscles.

Dosage and Administrations

Decoct 10~15 g, or 30~90 g of the fresh. Proper dosage is for external application, pounded for applying.
