- Mu Dan Pi 30 g,
- Dang Gui 30 g,
- Rou Gui 30 g,
- Yan Hu Suo 30 g,
- E Zhu 60 g,
- Niu Xi 60 g,
- Chi Shao 60 g,
- San Leng 45 g.
Explanation
Dang Gui, Chi Shao, Niu Xi and Dan Pi: Tonifying blood and activating blood to dissipate stasis.
Rou Gui: Warming the meridians and dredging collaterals.
San Leng, E Zhu and Yuan Hu: Promoting the flow of qi and activating blood to alleviate pain.
