Ingredients

• Bai Shao 30 g,
• Xiang Fu 9 g,
• Dang Gui 9 g,
• Bai Zhu 15 g,
• Dan Pi 9 g,
• Fu Ling 9 g,
• Tian Hua Fen 6 g.

Explanation

Shao Yao: Astringing the liver to alleviate pain.

Bai Zhu and Fu Ling: Strengthening the spleen and tonifying qi.

Dang Gui: Soothing the liver and tonifying blood.

Tian Hua Fen: Clearing heat and purging fire, generating body fluid to relieve thirst, moistening dryness and resolving phlegm.

Dan Pi: Clearing heat and cooling blood, activating blood and resolving stasis, reducing deficiency heat.

Xiang Fu: Soothing the liver and regulating qi, regulating menorrhea and alleviating pain.
