Ingredients

• Ren Shen 10~20 g,
• Zhi Huang Qi 10~20 g,
• Zhi Gan Cao 3~6 g,
• Sheng Ma 4 g,
• Bai Zhu 3~6 g.

Explanation

Ren Shen: Replenishing the lung-Qi, promoting the production of body fluids.

Huang Qi: Invigorating Qi to consolidate the superficial resistance, elevating Yang-Qi to treat prolapse.

Sheng Ma: Aiding Huang Qi in elevating Yang-Qi and regulating the stomach.

Bai Zhu: Strengthening the spleen and drying dampness.

Zhi Gan Cao: Replenishing Qi and regulating the function of the middle-Jiao, tempering the actions or all other ingredients.

Effect

Tonify qi and ascend yang.

Indications

Qi deficiency, blood depletion, Yang depletion.

Administrations

Decoct in water for oral dose to be taken twice.
