Ingredients

• Ju Pi 30 g,
• Ban Xia 30 g,
• Zhi Shi 30 g,
• Bai Zhu 60 g.

Explanation

Zhi Shi: Promoting the flow of Qi, disintegrating masses and relieving fullness.

Bai Zhu: Invigorating Qi to strengthen the spleen.

Ju Pi: Regulating the flow of Qi and the function of the stomach, checking upward adverse flow of Qi to arrest vomiting.

Ban Xia: Removing dampness, eliminating phlegm, checking upward adverse flow of Qi and arresting nausea.

Effect

Direct qi downward, relieve depression, promote digestion and resolve phlegm.

Indications

Indigestion, choking sensation in chest, phlegm and retained fluid.
