The Effect of Hu Die Shu

Property

Bitter, pungent, sour, neutral.

Actions

Clear heat, remove toxicity, strengthen the spleen and remove food retention, expel wind and alleviate pain.

Indications

Cold caused by wind-heat, rheumatic arthritis, infantile malnutrition, lymphnoditis, sores.

Dosage and Administrations

Decoct 3~9 g. Proper dosage is for external application. Stir-bake it into charcoal and then pound into powder for applying on the affected area.
