Property

Pungent, warm, slightly toxic; lung and kidney meridians entered.

Actions

Dispel wind and dissipate cold, alleviate pain, eliminate phlegm and relieve cough.

Indications

Headache due to wind-cold, rheumatic arthritis, phlegm and retained fluid, cough with asthma for oral administration; toothache for external application.

Dosage and Administrations

Decoct 1~3 g. Proper dosage is for external application. Pounded into powder for applying on the affected area.
