Property

Bitter, cold; liver, stomach and large intestine meridians entered.

Actions

Clear damp-heat and strengthen the stomach.

Indications

Diarrhea, poor appetite, hypochondriac pain, jaundice due to dampness and heat.

Dosage and Administrations

Decoct 6~12 g, or made into powder. Cut down the dosage for children. Proper dosage is for external application, pounded for applying.
