Ingredients

Explanation

Niu Xi: Activating blood and dredging meridians.

Rou Gui: Reinforcing fire and strengthening yang, dispelling cold, warming meridians and collaterals.

Shu Di, Dang Gui, Gou Qi and Du Zhong: Tonifying the kidney, replenishing essence and tonifying blood.

Gan Cao: Tempering the actions of all the other ingredients.
