The Effect of 黃藥子

Property

Bitter, pungent, cool, slightly toxic; liver and lung meridians entered.

Actions

Cool blood, remove toxicity, reduce pathogenic fire and eliminate goiter.

Indications

Sores and boils, scrofula, hematemesis, nose bleeding, pharyngitis, goiter.

Dosage and Administrations

Decoct 3~9 g, or soaked in wine or made into powder. Proper dosage is for external application, pounded for applying.

Cations

It shouldn’t be taken overdosage.
