Property

Pungent, bitter, cool.

Actions

Clear lung-heat, relieve exterior syndrome, cool the liver and stop bleeding.

Indications

Dysentery, nose bleeding, jaundice, headache, cold, hematemesis, neurasthenia, heart disease, asthma, trachitis, laryngitis, lyssodexis.

Dosage and Administrations

Decoct 9~15 g. Proper dosage is for external application, pounded for applying or decocted for washing.
