Property

Salty, bitter, neutral; liver and lung meridians entered.

Actions

Clear heat and remove toxicity, stop bleeding and astringe wound.

Indications

Cough, traumatic bleeding, toothache, deep-rooted boil, acute tonsillitis, pharyngitis, scarlet fever and vomiting.

Dosage and Administrations

Decoct 2~5 of them. Proper dosage is for external application, pounded into powder for applying on the affected area.
