Explanation
Cao Wu: Dispelling wind-damp, warming meridians and dispersing cold.
Wu Ling Zhi, Ru Xiang and Mo Yao: Activating blood and eliminating blood stasis, resolving swelling and alleviating pain.
Dang Gui: Activating blood and tonifying blood.
Di Long: Clearing and activating the channels and collaterals.
Bai Jiao Xiang: Regulating the qi and blood, resolving boils and swellings.
Mu Bie Zi: Dispelling phlegm and resolving swelling.
Chen Mo: Resolving swelling and eliminating phlegm.
