Property

Pungent, warm; stomach and large intestine meridians entered.

Actions

Induce diuresis, resolve swelling, harmonize the stomach and relieve hyperacidity.

Indications

Diarrhea, ascites with edema, haemorrhoids, abdominal pain due parasitic infestation, hyperchlorhydria.

Dosage and Administrations

Decoct 9~15 g. Proper dosage is for external application, pounded for applying.
