Property

Pungent, slightly astringent, neutral.

Actions

Expel wind and eliminate dampness, clear heat and remove toxicity.

Indications

Lumbago, acute mastitis, snake bites, whooping cough, malaria, jaundice, gingivitis, hypogalactia, carbuncle on the back.

Dosage and Administrations

Decoct 9~15 g. Proper dosage is for external application, pounded for applying.
