The Effect of Huang Gua Gen

Property

Bitter, slightly sweet, cool; stomach and large intestine meridians entered.

Actions

Clear heat, eliminate dampness and remove toxicity.

Indications

Diarrhea caused by dampness, sores and boils, jaundice, discharging ear.

Dosage and Administrations

Decoct 10~15 g, or double the dosage with the fresh, or made into pills. Proper dosage is for external application, pounded for applying.
