Sweet, bitter, cool; liver and large intestine meridians entered.

Actions

Expel wind and eliminate dampness, clear heat and remove toxicity.

Indications

Cold, sores and boils, snake bites, sore throat, dysentery, diarrhea, cough caused by lung-heat, rheumatic arthritis, traumatic injury.

Dosage and Administrations

Decoct 9~15 g, or 15~30 g of the fresh. Proper dosage is for external application, pounded for applying.
