Bitter, slightly pungent, neutral.

Actions

Strengthen the spleen, induce tranquilization, clear heat and induce diuresis, resolve swelling and kill parasites.

Indications

Insomnia, scalds and burns, infantile malnutrition, edema, leucorrhea, poor appetite, sores and tinea, difficult urination.

Dosage and Administrations

Decoct 10~15 g. Proper dosage is for external application, pounded for applying.
