Property

Pungent, bitter, cold; lung meridian entered.

Actions

Clear heat and remove toxicity, disperse stasis and resolve swelling.

Indications

Sores and boils, traumatic injury, incised wound, pulmonary abscess, exogenous cough.

Dosage and Administrations

Decoct 9~15 g or 15~30 g with the fresh, or soaked in wine. Proper dosage is for external application, pounded for applying.
