Property

Pungent, warm.

Actions

Warm the kidney and stomach, dissipate cold, dredge meridians, alleviate pain, remove toxicity and resolve swelling.

Indications

Traumatic injury, stomachache, abnormal menstruation, dysmenorrhea, toothache, snake bites, traumatic bleeding, burns and scalds, abdominal distension, rheumatic arthritis, cold, cough with asthma, postpartum abdominal pain, mastitis.

Dosage and Administrations

Decoct 2~4.5 g.
