Property

Sweet, bland, cool; lung and liver meridians entered.

Actions

Moisten the lung and relieve cough, disperse stasis and alleviate pain, clear heat and eliminate dampness.

Indications

Stomachache, abdominal pain, sores and boils, rheumatic arthritis, cough caused by lung-heat, tuberculosis with hematemesis, hypochondriac pain.

Dosage and Administrations

Decoct 15~30 g. Proper dosage is for external application, pounded for applying with the fresh.

Cautions

It is contraindicated to pregnant women.
