囟會

Xinhui(GV22,囟会) is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Governor Vessel.

Location

2 cun posterior to the midline of the anterior hairline, 3 cun posterior to Baihui(GV20).

Indication

• ①Vertigo, headache ;
• ②rhinorrhea with turbid discharge;
• ③epilepsy.

Method

Puncture subcutaneously 0.3-0.5 inch. This point is prohibited in infants with metopism. Moxibustion is applicable.
