Xingjian
Xingjian(LR2,行间) is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Jueyin Liver Meridian of Foot. It is the Ying-spring and fire point.
Location
On the dorsum of the foot, proximal to the margin of the web between the first and second toe.
Indication
- ①Stroke, epilepsy, headache, dizziness, redness wiih pain of eye, glaucosis, wry mouth, and other diseases due to the wind heat of the liver;
- ②irregular menstruation, dysmenorrheal, metrorrhagia and metrostaxis, leukorrhea;
- ③hernia, pain of vulva;
- ④enuresis, retention of urine, strangury syndrome;
- ⑤pain in the chest and hypochondriac region.
Method
Puncture obliquely 0.3-0.5 inch. Moxibustion is applicable.
