Tianchong(GB9,天冲) is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Shaoyang Gall Bladder Meridian of Foot.

Location

2 cun within the hairline directly above the posterior border of the auricular root and 0.5 cun posterior to Shuaigu(GB8).

Indication

• ①Headache;
• ②epilepsy;
• ③gingivitis.

Method

Puncture subcutaneously 0.3-0.5 inch.
