Ingredients
- Huang Qi 30 g,
- Ban Xia 15 g,
- Ren Shen 15 g,
- Zhi Gan Cao 15 g,
- Du Huo 9 g,
- Fang Feng 9 g,
- Bai Shao 9 g,
- Qiang Huo 9 g,
- Ju Pi 6 g,
- Fu Ling 5 g,
- Chai Hu 5 g,
- Ze Xie 5 g,
- Bai Zhu 5 g,
- Huang Lian 1.5 g,
- Sheng Jiang 15 g,
- Da Zao 2 dates.
Explanation
Huang Qi, Ren Shen, Bai Zhu, Gan Cao: Tonifying qi and nourishing the stomach.
Chai Hu, Fang Feng, Qiang Huo and Du Huo: Ascending yang, dispelling wind and eliminating dampness.
Ban Xia, Chen Pi, Fu Ling, Ze Xie and Fu Ling: Eliminating dampness and clearing heat.
Bai Shao: Soothing the liver and tonify blood.

Effect
Tonify qi and ascend yang, clear heat and eliminate dampness.
Indications
Weakness in spleen and stomach, damp-heat accumulation in middle-Jiao, dry tongue with bitter taste, indigestion, heavy body with pain, fatigue and somnolence, stool irregularities, poor appetite.
Administrations
Decoct in water for oral dose to be taken twice.
