Bulang(KI22,步廊) is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Shaoyin Kidney Meridian of Foot.

Location

In the 5th intercostals space, 2 cun lateral to the anterior midline.

Indication

• ①Chest pain, bronchitis, asthma;
• ②mammary abscess.

Method

Puncture obliquely 0.3-0.5 inch. To avoid injuring the heart, deep insertion is not advisable. Moxibustion is applicable.
