Pungent, slightly warm.

Actions

Induce diuresis, resolve swelling and remove toxicity.

Indications

Edema, insect bites, incised wound, scalds, barbiers, difficult urination, dermatitis rhus, erysipelas.

Dosage and Administrations

Decoct 10~30 g. Proper dosage is for external application, stir-bake it into charcoal and then pound into powder for applying, or decocted for washing.
